With nearly two decades of culinary experience, my journey in food has been shaped by a deep passion for flavor and a strong foundation in wine country culinary education. Training in a region celebrated for its fresh ingredients and world-class cuisine refined my appreciation for seasonal cooking, balanced flavors, and thoughtful presentation. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to craftsmanship and attention to detail—believing that every garnish, every ingredient, and every bite matters. My approach blends creativity with precision, always striving to deliver dishes that are both beautifully executed and unforgettable in taste.

Forrest and Mallory have shared a long story together, one that began when they met at just twelve years old. Over the years, Forrest has grown into someone with a natural gift for customer service — the kind of warm, attentive presence that makes him an exceptional front-of-house manager. He has a knack for making guests feel welcomed and valued, perfectly complementing Mallory’s stellar cooking skills in the kitchen. While she works her magic behind the scenes, Forrest ensures everything runs smoothly out front, creating a seamless experience for everyone they serve. More than anything, he loves supporting his wife in all her endeavors, and together they truly make an incredible team — built on partnership, respect, and a lifetime of shared memories.
